With over 25 years of Event experience in the Orlando area, the team at aXis Pro Events prides itself on having assisted in Coordinating, Producing and Managing Concerts, Networking Mixers and post Conference Functions at just about every outdoor patio, lawn or street in Downtown Orlando, on International Drive, near the Convention Center and throughout the Central Florida hospitality, tourist and high tech sector.

Icon Park... On The Lawn / Tapa Toro / Ole Red / Brother Jimmys
With an incredible view of The Wheel at ICON Park and its spectacular light show, the Courtyard will leave a lasting impression for your guests. ICON Park offers a variety of options and is centrally located in the International Drive entertainment district, less than a mile from the Orange County Convention Center and many hotels. With lush palm trees surrounding the area, On The Lawn spans a massive 210 feet from front to back and 80 feet wide at the center.
You can’t beat a concert with a glowing 400 foot wheel behind your MainStage! We’ve had the privilege of assisting Gio and Radhika at Icon Park, Megan and Megan at Tapa Toro and Jaime at Ole Red in making CoStar Group’s annual “Big Party” vision a reality, featuring a full park buyout, with all restaurants and venues catering to over 3000 Realtors and Industry representatives following the National Realtors Association conference in November 2022. The MainStage featured music icon John Mellancamp rocking in front of the fully lit wheel, with 4 LED screens framing out every siteline throughout the park, and over 2500 on the lawn enjoying the show.
Earlier in November we assisted the MSP Initiative crew in welcoming over 2000 guests post convention, for a buyout of the restaurant lane for their Annual MSP Block Party. Due to a Category Hurricane threatening the area, we were forced to move the MainStage inside, having the All American Rejects rock out Ole Red, with a livestream being fed to the participating venues, streaming in real time on their venue’s screens.
Pointe Orlando... The Hampton Social / Taverna Opa / Event Plaza
With tall palms and gathering areas, Pointe Orlando is a favorite of locals, visitors and conventioneers. Their 17-acre center has hosted numerous commercial shoots, product launches and road shows. Onsite options include signage, gobos, storefronts and pop-up shops. Located in the heart of the convention district, Pointe Orlando can accommodate groups of all sizes. From private events at the restaurants and entertainment venues to block parties and special events for up to 10,000 guests.
Moving inside, we had a blast working with team Megan and Live Nation on Salesforce annual post conference mixer and concert in Taverna Opa, transforming the venue, with stage, audio and atmospheric uplighting, into a Salesforce forest with Saved by the 90s taking everyone back.
The Hampton Social is another favorite for your corporate mixer, networking social or livestream meeting. Utilizing LED monitors, midsize projection screens and uplighting to turn a meeting space into a networking mixer within minutes.
The aXisPro team has been fortunate to work with just about every venue inside and outside at Pointe Orlando through the years. Having produced the Camping World Stadium Bowl weekend pep rallies with Josh Egolf and the crew at Cox Events, we were able to hold back to back parties with Iowa, Iowa State, Kentucky and Clemson over two weekends, with the coaches and cheer teams rocking the stages, and LED walls showing off the team colors.

As Lake Nona’s Stage, Audio and Event partner, we love bringing any of the outdoor spaces to life, with the Town Center, Boxi Park or Lake Nona Country Club all offering their own brilliant aesthetics, tasty menus and lively bars. The Wave is the newest event space addition to the Lake Nona portfolio, and has some of the more picturesque locations for your indoor or outdoor party in the Sculpture Garden or on the Haven Deck. The aXisPro team recently assisted in curating and producing the inaugural Lake Nona Live featuring Grammy Award winner Daya on the aXis Mainstage with the amazing Wave hotel towering over the concert.
Rosen Shingle Creek Orlando... Gatlin Terrace
Rosen Shingle Creek is available to accommodate a variety of needs and special requests with their catering service available for every occasion. Rosen Shingle Creek offers gorgeous views from their terrace space with a reception capacity of 4,800 guests and a banquet capacity of 3,200.
We had the pleasure of working with Unbridled Productions on their annual Papa John’s conference, sponsored by Pepsi. Their weeklong event took over the Gatlin Ballroom during the day, then moved the party outside each night onto the expansive Gatlin Terrace pavers, with ‘The Pizza Games’ on the MainStage on opening night, followed by the legendary Black Crowes rocking the Papa John’s Pepsi stage for the grand finale with massive LED Screens and atmospheric lighting flanking the stage.

A veteran of the Orlando hospitality scene, John Torry assisted in some of the larger events and festivals in his early years in Downtown Orlando. He brought his club and concert experience to Rosen Plaza in developing the state of the art 3NINE for the ultimate live music and party vibe. With access to the pool bar and patio, this becomes the total package for an indoor/outdoor party in the Spring and Fall months on International Drive.

The Winter Park Events Center is the perfect location for business meetings, corporate functions, conventions and conferences. Impress your clients with Winter Park’s newest gem. There are several areas that are available both indoors and outdoors in the Grand Ballroom, Belvedere, Rooftop Terrace or picturesque Tiedtke Amphitheater.
The aXis Productions A/V team has been assisting Winter Park’s most picturesque new venue with their Gala, Concert and Party needs since being asked to provide Stage, Audio and Video support for their Grand Opening in 2022. Since then, we have assisted in multiple Gala’s and Fundraisers, assisting in activating the indoor stage and screens and outdoor courtyard with uplighting, wall Gobo’s, and vibrant LED movers coloring up the experience from the valet parking area to the MainStage fireworks.
Dr Phillips Centre Orlando... Seneff Plaza
Picture all your guests enjoying themselves surrounded by palm trees with the modern architecture of the arts center and views of Downtown Orlando. Between big cocktail receptions and day-long jazz festivals, Seneff Arts Plaza has seen—and celebrated—it all. The Seneff Arts Plaza hosts a number of community events, or you can bring your own event to the Seneff Arts Plaza with a reception capacity of 5,500 people. Food trucks, holiday festivities and unique cultural events are offered throughout the year.
Having assisted the Dr Phillips Centre in the outdoor productions since the inception of the Seneff Plaza, the aXis Productions and Events team boasts an eclectic array of stage performances and activations from the University of Florida Gators pep rally for the season kickoff, to The Wailers rocking the lawn in the first year of the Florida Blue Concert Series, to the Orlando Sentinel’s Pink Party Concert & Mixer to benefit Breast Cancer Awareness. We recently assisted in producing the 3 stage, 2 Day Fusion Fest featuring over 260 acts on the aXisPro Stages, with vibrant lighting and LED screens throughout the Plaza.
Hyatt Regency Orlando... Garden Terrace
Entertain in the great outdoors at our Garden Terrace—boasting 20,000 square feet of space, east-facing Orlando views, and hanging market lights. For the perfect event, personalize venue décor and seating to fit your needs. The Garden Terrace can accommodate a reception capacity of 1,000 and a banquet capacity of 750.
We’ve enjoyed some scenic post conference mixers and networking functions on the Garden Terrace patio, high atop International Drive. Working with Aloha Productions, our most recent event on the Terrace featured their band rocking out the Hawaiian vibes with the aXis Stage, Audio and Lighting and some guest fire dancers from their team!
The Ritz Carlton Orlando... Da Vinci Lawn
Host a breathtaking networking reception, gala, or celebration in this beautiful outdoor locale, letting the natural Florida landscape serve as your venue. The Davinci Lawn spans at 25,200 square feet and can have celebrations of up to 600 guests.
The Da Vinci Lawn allows for a picturesque post conference mixer utilizing the aXis Productions mobile stage, audio and lighting team, or just an LED trailer with DJ and lighting to create a club atmosphere under the stars.
